Although the casino will ask you for KYC; however, if you want to get it done before that, you can send your documents (ID card, utility bill, address proof, and copies of cards) to email@example.com. It would be best if you talk to a support representative before sending in these documents for smoother processing.
Once you have submitted your documents, the casino strives to verify your account as soon as possible (in queue order, as there might be other KYC requests too). Usually, it takes the casino one working day (excluding weekends) to do that.
If your documents were provided outside working hours (which are 5 am to 3 pm GMT, Monday to Friday), verification will take place the next working day.
